Description

Own the strategy, development, maintenance, and delivery of a digital product vision and related business applications. Define product direction from customer needs, organizational business goals, market trends, and competitor analysis, and manage the product lifecycle through a long-term roadmap and backlog prioritization. Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional requirements, monitor KPI, and support continuous product improvement in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a product strategy and roadmap; manage the product lifecycle

• Define product direction based on customer needs, business goals, market trends, and competitor analysis

• Manage the product backlog, set priorities, and maximize business value of delivered solutions

• Collect, analyze, document business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for delivery teams

• Own business outcomes: monitor KPI, identify growth and optimization opportunities

• Prepare business analyses, development recommendations, and business cases for new product initiatives

• Coordinate projects related to development and maintenance of business applications

• Oversee JIRA system queues, keep them current, and ensure proper prioritization

• Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify further product development areas

• Collaborate with end users, clients, and stakeholders to identify business needs and define product directions

• Work with IT, analysts, UX, sales, customer support, and management to develop the product effectively

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement, work acceptance, and related activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business-Systems Analyst, IT Project Manager, or related role

• Experience creating and delivering product strategy and managing a product roadmap

• Experience managing a product backlog or managing system changes

• Practical experience leading IT projects

• Ability to define business and functional requirements and translate them into tasks for development teams

• Ability to analyze data, define KPI, and make decisions based on business metrics

• Ability to build stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively between business and IT

• Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into product development

• Knowledge of the MS Office suite

• Independence, analytical thinking, responsibility for business results, and a goal-driven mindset
