Description

You will plan, monitor, and report on external client IT projects, coordinating delivery teams around schedule, budget, and scope. The role includes managing project communication, risk, and quality, and overseeing software production with agile backlog management and prioritization. You will also prepare project materials (presentations, estimates, schedules, and project documentation) and contribute to technical concept work for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project phases for external clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare, execute, and close projects (schedule, budget, scope)
• Manage communication, risk, and quality during the project
• Monitor and report the project budget and maintain ongoing forecasts
• Coordinate software development delivery, including agile backlog management and task prioritization
• Prepare presentations, estimates, schedules, and project documentation (management, financial, technical)
• Participate in developing technical concepts for projects and bids

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects on the provider side for end clients
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, applications, PaaS) and IT security
• Basic knowledge of IT development and deployment processes and tools, including CI/CD
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Ability to plan and organize activities and resources within the project
• Very strong ability to manage budget, schedule, scope, and risk using tools such as Google Workspace and/or M365
• Excellent client communication skills in Poland and abroad; English at least B2
• Analytical ability to predict project challenges and quickly adapt to new solutions and changing needs
• Proactive attitude and willingness to propose and implement new solutions
