Requirements

• Technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis
• Managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes for 1+ years
• Strong accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues
• Strong system thinking for cross-functional dependencies and delivery impacts
• Data-driven mindset using metrics and measurable outcomes
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices
• Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+ and above
