Description

This role aligns with industry titles such as Technical Project Manager or Technical Program Manager. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact technical programs on time and within budget, from concept to completion. You will partner with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple technical programs and projects simultaneously

  • Build comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, resources, risks, milestones)

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams on requirements and deliverables

  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful outcomes

  • Communicate project status and challenges clearly to stakeholders, including senior management

  • Facilitate effective collaboration, transparency, and accountability

  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

  • Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and strategic priorities

  • Manage project budgets and track expenses for cost-effective resource use

  • Provide technical guidance to solve complex problems and support informed decisions

  • Foster cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing

  • Encourage open communication to address dependencies and improve efficiency

  • Manage vendors as needed to meet project goals and timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment

  • Strong technical background with hands-on software development and/or systems engineering experience

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Cloud technologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices experience (plus)

  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications (plus)
