Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of a program for developing and implementing a POS (Point of Sale) product, including launches in new markets, rolling out new features, and introducing hardware solutions. Collaborate with workstream leaders, including Technical Project Managers and Go-to-Market teams, to keep activities aligned, maintain the schedule, and ensure clear communication with key stakeholders. The role requires high independence, strong program management experience, and well-developed communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including POS deployments in new markets, feature development, and hardware solution introductions

• Create, manage, and monitor the program schedule, including dependencies between workstreams

• Coordinate workstream leaders, including Technical Project Managers and Go-to-Market teams

• Ensure alignment across teams involved in the program

• Track progress and identify dependencies, risks, issues, and potential blockers

• Prepare program status reports covering progress, risks, and issues for key stakeholders

• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure transparent information flow between teams

• Take proactive actions to ensure timely and effective program delivery

• Represent the program in meetings with key stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional cooperation

Requirements

• Experience in program management with a practical understanding of the difference between a program and a project

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams and workstreams

• Ability to manage the program schedule, map dependencies, and coordinate activities across stakeholders

• Experience working with Project Managers, Technical Project Managers, and workstream/area leaders

• Ability to monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and report program status

• High independence and proactivity; able to run the program with minimal supervision

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Stakeholder management experience, including building relationships and coordinating collaboration between different teams

• Understanding of software-based products and ability to collaborate with technical teams

• Ability to effectively manage and coordinate Technical Project Managers

• English proficiency at C1 level
