Description

You will partner with senior Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) leadership to run programs and operating rhythms that keep EPD focused, aligned, and shipping. You will own a portfolio spanning internal engineering initiatives (platform, infrastructure, quality, developer productivity) and cross-functional external efforts (major launches and customer-facing commitments). You will ensure delivery through clear success criteria, prioritization, communications, and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive multiple concurrent internal and cross-functional programs from vision to execution

  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to translate technical decisions for non-technical audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready updates and decision documentation

  • Strategic thinking and judgment, including ruthless prioritization and effective escalation

  • Experience designing and running operating rhythms such as planning, OKRs, leadership meetings, and reviews

  • Builder mindset with an automation-first approach to avoid manual repetition

Benefits

  • Highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits

  • Estimated base salary range (San Francisco or New York City): $200,000–$270,000 per year
