Description

Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering teams, including product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. Translate high-level goals into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans while coordinating across engineering, testing, data, cloud, and product activities. Drive delivery commitments, surface risks/blockers transparently to senior stakeholders, and report weekly program status.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical program delivery across multiple engineering organizations.

• Drive First Street product integration: workflows, technical dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery.

• Lead planning and coordination for AWS-to-GCP migration, including dependencies, validation, parallel runs, testing, data reconciliation, and production cutover readiness.

• Convert initiatives/backlog into measurable outcomes and execution plans.

• Collaborate with engineering and technical leads on architecture, components, APIs/integrations, cloud services, databases, and technical blockers.

• Establish processes for roadmap/backlog tracking, risk management, issue escalation, and follow-up.

• Manage dependencies and ensure milestones are met; escalate deviations, risks, and blockers to senior stakeholders.

• Prepare and present weekly program/status reports with progress, risks, decisions, and actions.

• Continuously refine roadmap and detailed backlog as integration/migration progresses.

• Coordinate collaboration across geographically distributed teams.

• Maintain strong understanding of AWS and GCP service mapping.

• Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve program execution and technical problem solving.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management/technical delivery/engineering leadership (or comparable technical role).

• Proven experience leading complex technology programs across multiple engineering teams with significant technical dependencies.

• Strong technical understanding of software systems, architecture, components, APIs/integrations, databases, and engineering delivery processes.

• Practical understanding of AWS and GCP and how AWS services map to GCP equivalents.

• Experience participating in or leading cloud migration programs; hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration experience is highly desirable.

• Ability to decompose high-level programs into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.

• Experience coordinating testing, validation, parallel runs, data reconciliation, release/cutover, and production readiness.

• Strong ownership, follow-through, risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.

• Upper-intermediate English level.
