Description

The Technical Project Manager coordinates a technical workstream within a larger technology program, including technical scoping, implementation planning, and release readiness. You will work closely with architects, engineering teams, and other technical stakeholders, overseeing scope and the implementation schedule. The role also covers monitoring technical progress, dependencies, and risks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and workshops on technical scope (technical scoping) with architects and engineering teams
• Ensure key technical stakeholders are engaged, including teams responsible for billing and certification areas
• Create, update, and manage the technical implementation schedule
• Plan and coordinate subsequent implementation phases, including MVP go-live and next releases
• Monitor progress of technical work and identify dependencies between teams and areas
• Represent the technical perspective during program meetings
• Identify, escalate, and communicate risks, issues, and blockers affecting technical delivery
• Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and other program participants

Requirements

• Experience managing technology projects or coordinating technical workstreams in large programs
• Good knowledge of the software development and delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience collaborating with architects, development teams, and other technical stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate technical scope, implementation schedules, and release plans
• Ability to identify dependencies, risks, and issues and escalate effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including representing the technical perspective in program meetings
• English proficiency at C1 level (comfortable communication in an international environment)

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of core payment processes, especially payment gateway flows
• Understanding certification processes in the context of integrating payment systems
• Experience in projects involving payment system integrations
