Description

Lead the delivery of Intelligent Automation project portfolios for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. You will manage diverse engagement models (Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, Managed Services) and own financials including margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L. You will also support pre-sales and provide business consultancy to identify automation opportunities, scale IA programs, and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-to-high-size Intelligent Automation portfolios with strong delivery performance

• Manage commercial and delivery models: Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, Managed Services

• Own project financials: budgeting, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability

• Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders using knowledge of the IA tech stack

• Participate in pre-sales: scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches

• Provide client consultancy to identify automation opportunities, scale IA programs, and maximize ROI

• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing

• Mentor junior/mid-level project managers and collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts

• Maintain communication with C-level stakeholders and drive alignment and expectation management

Requirements

• 6+ years in Project/Delivery Management in IT/Consulting/Software development, focused on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation

• Knowledge of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle

• Experience with IA stacks: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism; and Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian

• Expertise in P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)

• Results-oriented delivery experience for complex mid-to-large-scale international client portfolios

• Pre-sales experience (RFP/RFI responses) and ability to deliver advisory/consulting

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

• English fluency
