• Role: Senior Project / Delivery Manager (Intelligent Automation)

Description

Lead delivery of mid-to-large Intelligent Automation project portfolios for enterprise clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes across multiple engagement models. Own project financial performance (budgeting, margin, forecasting, and P&L) and bridge technical teams and business stakeholders. Support pre-sales (scoping, estimations, RFP responses, client pitches) and provide business consultancy to identify automation opportunities, scale IA programs, and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Intelligent Automation project portfolios for enterprise end clients with strong delivery quality

• Manage Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services commercial and delivery models

• Own project financials: budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability

• Leverage knowledge of the IA tech stack to align technical and business stakeholders

• Contribute to pre-sales: scoping, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and client pitches

• Advise clients on automation opportunities, scaling IA programs, and ROI maximization

• Support practice growth through capability building, knowledge sharing, and mentoring project managers

• Maintain communication with C-level stakeholders and proactively manage expectations

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project/Delivery Management experience in IT/Consulting/Software development

• Strong focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation

• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle

• Familiarity with IA stacks: RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/workflow (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)

• Expertise in P&L, budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Managed Services)

• Results-oriented delivery of complex, mid-to-large-scale portfolios for international end clients

• Experience supporting pre-sales cycles (RFP/RFI) and delivering advisory/consulting services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English
