Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large Intelligent Automation project portfolios for enterprise clients, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget performance. Manage fixed scope, time & materials, and managed services engagement models with full ownership of project financials, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L. Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, support pre-sales/scoping, and provide business consultancy to maximize automation ROI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-to-high-size Intelligent Automation portfolios on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
• Manage commercial and delivery models: Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services
• Own project financials: budgets, tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability
• Use IA tech-stack knowledge to align technical teams and business stakeholders
• Support pre-sales: scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches
• Advise clients on automation opportunities, scaling IA programs, and maximizing ROI
• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing
• Mentor junior/mid-level project managers; collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts
• Maintain C-level communication standards and proactively manage expectations

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project/Delivery Management experience in IT/Consulting/Software development with a focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle; high Intelligent Automation literacy
• Familiarity with IA stacks: RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow tools (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)
• Expertise in P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)
• Proven results delivering complex mid-to-large portfolios for international end clients
• Experience in pre-sales cycles (RFP/RFI) and delivering advisory/business consulting
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
