Description

Lead delivery of mid-to-high sized portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects for enterprise end clients. Own financial performance and P&L, manage Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services engagement models, and bridge technical and business stakeholders. Support pre-sales activities (scoping, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, client pitches) and deliver business consulting to identify automation opportunities, scale IA programs, and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across mid-to-large IA portfolios

• Manage delivery and commercial models: Fixed Scope, T&M, and Managed Services

• Take ownership of project financials: budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability

• Communicate effectively between IA technical teams and business stakeholders using IA stack knowledge

• Contribute to pre-sales: scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches

• Provide client advisory to identify automation opportunities and maximize ROI

• Support practice growth through capability building and knowledge sharing

• Mentor junior/mid-level project managers and collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts

• Drive alignment with C-level stakeholders and proactively manage expectations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management in IT/consulting/software development, focused on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation

• Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle

• Familiarity with leading IA stacks: RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow technologies (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)

• Expertise in P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)

• Results-oriented delivery experience for complex mid-to-large portfolios for international clients

• Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and delivering business consulting/advisory services

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

• English fluency
