Description

Drive the delivery and expansion of Intelligent Automation consulting services for global clients. You will shape enterprise-wide AI and hyperautomation strategies, lead large-scale engagements, and influence C-suite stakeholders to deliver measurable efficiency and cost-reduction outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite executives on AI-driven automation strategy
• Define enterprise IA strategies integrating RPA, ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics
• Build business cases with KPIs and ROI for automation programs
• Stay current on AI and automation trends, including Generative AI and automation platforms
• Manage successful delivery of complex IA programs (on-time, on-budget)
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams for technical soundness and scalability
• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to find high-impact automation opportunities
• Establish governance and risk management for quality and compliance
• Lead pre-sales activities (proposals, presentations, SOW definitions)
• Build and expand client relationships for new IA opportunities
• Contribute to practice development via best practices and accelerators

Requirements

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting, including 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs
• Leadership experience (Manager/Senior Manager or equivalent) managing cross-functional/distributed teams
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Intelligent Automation technologies:
  • RPA/BPM: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, or Appian
  • AI/Cognitive: agentic orchestration; ML/NLP/Computer Vision concepts for business automation use cases
  • Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong consulting toolkit: strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, executive workshop facilitation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience
