Description

Lead the delivery of Intelligent Automation projects for enterprise clients, managing portfolios across Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services. Own financial performance for the assigned portfolio, including budgeting, margin optimization, forecasting, and P&L accountability. Bridge technical and business stakeholders using knowledge of the IA technology stack while supporting scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client advisory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-to-high-size IA project portfolios on time, on budget, and to high quality

• Manage Fixed Scope, Time & Materials (T&M), and Managed Services commercial/delivery models

• Take ownership of project financials: budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, P&L

• Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders using IA stack knowledge

• Support pre-sales: scoping, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and client pitches

• Provide client consultancy to identify automation opportunities, scale IA programs, and maximize ROI

• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing

• Mentor junior/mid-level project managers; collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts

• Maintain communication with C-level stakeholders and drive alignment and proactive expectation management

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project or Delivery Management experience in IT/Consulting/Software development with a focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation

• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle; strong Intelligent Automation literacy

• Familiarity with IA stacks: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)

• Expertise in P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)

• Results-oriented mindset with experience delivering complex mid-to-large-scale portfolios for international clients

• Background in supporting pre-sales cycles, including RFP/RFI responses, and delivering business consulting/advisory

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English
