Description

Lead and scale Intelligent Automation consulting engagements for global clients. You will define enterprise-wide AI and hyperautomation strategies and manage complex programs that deliver measurable ROI through RPA, AI/ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics. You will also support pre-sales and influence executive stakeholders as a strategic advisor.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and senior leaders on AI-driven automation strategy

• Define enterprise IA strategies integrating RPA, ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics

• Build business cases and define measurable KPIs and ROI for automation programs

• Stay current with AI, Generative AI, and automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform)

• Manage on-time, on-budget delivery of complex IA programs

• Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams for technical soundness and scalability

• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to find high-impact automation opportunities

• Establish governance and risk management frameworks for quality and compliance

• Drive pre-sales activities: proposals, presentations, and SOW definitions

• Develop client relationships to identify new IA opportunities

• Contribute to practice development via best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership

Requirements

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting, including 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs

• Leadership experience (manager/senior manager or equivalent) managing cross-functional or distributed teams and stakeholders

• Hands-on exposure to one or more leading RPA/BPM platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, Appian

• Working knowledge of Agentic Orchestration plus ML and NLP or Computer Vision concepts applied to business automation

• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Consulting toolkit in strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, and executive workshop facilitation

• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence C-level stakeholders

• Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience
