Role: Senior AI Delivery Manager

Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects—from discovery to production. You’ll own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget while bridging business objectives with engineering teams. Focus areas include GenAI product development, ML product development, and AI platform enablement.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technology and business by understanding business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, and delivered value
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI and ML)
• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget
• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and align engineering and client stakeholders
• Act as main delivery contact for clients and build trusted relationships
• Oversee risks, financials, and contract adherence
• Ensure legal, ethical, and security compliance for AI
• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
• 3+ years in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based apps, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting)
• 3+ years of prior engineering experience (Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, or Python engineer)
• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies and data management fundamentals
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)
• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
