Description

You will act as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, guiding clients through their AI and hyperautomation journey. You’ll define enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation strategies, manage large-scale engagements, and deliver measurable outcomes using RPA, AI/ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics. The role also includes pre-sales support and executive stakeholder influence to enable business efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite executives on AI-driven automation and Intelligent Automation strategy
• Define enterprise-wide IA strategies integrating RPA, ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics
• Develop business cases and measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI) for automation programs
• Stay current with emerging AI, GenAI, and automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform)
• Manage delivery of complex Intelligent Automation programs (on-time, on-budget)
• Partner with Solution Architects and engineering teams for technical soundness, scalability, and alignment with client objectives
• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Establish governance and risk management frameworks for quality and compliance
• Drive pre-sales activities: proposals, client presentations, and statement of work definitions
• Build and expand client relationships to identify new Intelligent Automation opportunities
• Contribute to practice development via best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership

Requirements

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting, including 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA and AI/ML transformation programs
• Proven leadership experience (Manager/Senior Manager or equivalent) managing cross-functional/distributed teams and stakeholders
• Hands-on exposure to leading RPA/BPM platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, Appian)
• Working knowledge of Agentic Orchestration and AI concepts (ML, NLP, Computer Vision) for business automation use cases
• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong consulting toolkit (strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, executive workshop facilitation)
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to influence C-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with process improvement and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Business or equivalent practical experience
