Description

Lead delivery of mid-to-large Intelligent Automation project portfolios, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes across Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services engagements. Own project financials, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability while bridging technical teams and business stakeholders using IA expertise. Support pre-sales activities (scoping, estimations, RFP responses, client pitches), provide automation consultancy, and mentor project managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mid-to-high-size Intelligent Automation project portfolios for enterprise clients

• Manage Fixed Scope, Time & Materials (T&M), and Managed Services agreements

• Own budgeting, financial risk, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L for the portfolio

• Translate IA technology knowledge between technical teams and business stakeholders

• Participate in pre-sales: scoping, estimations, RFP responses, client pitches

• Advise clients on automation opportunities, scaling IA programs, and maximizing ROI

• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing

• Mentor junior/mid-level project managers and collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts

• Communicate with C-level stakeholders and manage expectations proactively

Requirements

• 6+ years of Project/Delivery Management experience in IT/Consulting/Software development with focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation

• Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle

• Familiarity with IA stacks: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)

• Expertise in P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)

• Results-driven experience delivering complex mid-to-large portfolios for international end clients

• Experience supporting pre-sales cycles and RFP/RFI responses; ability to deliver consulting/advisory services

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• English fluency
