Description

Drive the delivery and expansion of Intelligent Automation (IA) consulting services across global clients. Define enterprise-wide AI and hyperautomation strategies, lead large-scale engagements, and deliver measurable business outcomes through RPA, ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite executives on AI-driven automation strategies

• Define enterprise IA strategies integrating RPA, Machine Learning, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics

• Build business cases and measurable KPIs/ROI for automation programs

• Stay current on emerging AI, generative AI, and automation platforms

• Manage on-time, on-budget delivery of complex IA programs

• Partner with solution architects and engineering teams for scalability and technical alignment

• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify high-impact automation opportunities

• Establish governance and risk management frameworks for quality and compliance

• Lead pre-sales activities including proposals, client presentations, and statement of work (SOW) definitions

• Build and expand client relationships to identify new Intelligent Automation opportunities

• Contribute to practice development by creating best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership materials

Requirements

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting; 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs

• Leadership experience managing cross-functional or distributed teams and diverse stakeholders

• Hands-on exposure to RPA/BPM platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, Appian

• Working knowledge of Agentic Orchestration, ML, NLP, or Computer Vision concepts as applied to business automation use cases

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Strong consulting toolkit: strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, and executive workshop facilitation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence C-level stakeholders

• Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Nice to have

• Certifications in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or AI-related technologies

• Experience with Intelligent Automation in regulated industries or large-scale digital transformation programs
