Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects from discovery to production. Own GenAI product development, ML product development, and AI platform enablement, ensuring project success across scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

Act as the bridge between technology and business, aligning outcomes and delivered value with client and engineering stakeholders while ensuring legal, ethical, and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technology and business objectives (business cases, project purposes, expected outcomes, delivered value)
• Manage the full lifecycle of GenAI and ML initiatives
• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget
• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders
• Act as the main delivery contact for clients and build trusted relationships
• Oversee risks, financials, and contract adherence
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI
• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
• 3+ years in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)
• 3+ years of previous engineering experience (Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)
• Solid understanding of GenAI/ML technologies and data management fundamentals
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)
• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams
• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
