Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Data projects from discovery to production. Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget while bridging business objectives with GenAI/ML engineering teams. Focus on GenAI product development, ML product development, and AI platform enablement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between technology and business; define business cases, objectives, expected outcomes, and delivered value

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI initiatives (GenAI, ML)

• Own delivery scope, schedule, quality, and budget

• Lead multidisciplinary global teams and ensure alignment across engineering and client stakeholders

• Serve as the main client delivery contact; build trusted relationships

• Oversee risk, financials, and contract adherence

• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and security standards in AI

• Mentor team members and promote delivery and engineering excellence

Requirements

• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills

• 3+ years in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)

• 3+ years of previous experience as an engineer (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)

• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies and data management fundamentals

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)

• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams

• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
