Quick Facts

Lead Cloud Native Developer

Description

Lead a full platform migration to Amazon Connect Chat, owning technical delivery from discovery through build. Configure Amazon Connect (including a custom agent workspace), integrate Salesforce and Microsoft Teams presence synchronization, implement SSO via Entra ID, and deliver DynamoDB-backed runtime lookups. Coordinate multi-discipline teams and ensure QA-ready, documented components by a fixed deadline.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery quality from discovery through build; align architecture with the SA and manage timeline/risk with the Delivery Manager
  • Translate architecture decisions into implementable work items; maintain a backlog that sequences dependencies with the March 1 deadline constraint
  • Hands-on contribution on the highest-risk components (e.g., bidirectional Teams sync, Salesforce iFrame authentication)
  • Run code reviews and enforce team implementation standards
  • Identify and escalate blockers early, especially external dependencies (Entra ID/Azure AD app registration, Salesforce access, Bedrock API contract)
  • Ensure QA has testable, documented components; collaborate on end-to-end SIT test cases
  • Lead knowledge transfer using a train-the-trainer model for post-go-live operations
  • Coordinate with Entra ID/Azure AD provisioning and Bedrock/Lex self-service workstreams on the agent-availability API interface
  • Lead day-to-day technical delivery across Amazon Connect developers, a Salesforce developer, DevOps, and QA

Requirements

  • 5+ years hands-on Amazon Connect experience, including contact flows, queues, and routing profiles; must be able to build and debug contact flows directly
  • Proficiency in AWS Lambda and serverless integration including DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge
  • Experience leading delivery teams on time-critical AWS engagements; manage fixed deadlines via sequencing and proactive risk management
  • Salesforce integration skills using REST API patterns and event-driven integration (Lambda/S3 triggers) or equivalent CRM patterns
  • Capability to work with blended IaC pipelines (CloudFormation/CDK with manual procedures where needed)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API (Teams presence/status) or ability to ramp quickly
  • Clear, direct communication; early risk surfacing and cross-team collaboration without direct authority
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Benefits

  • Hybrid work model with opportunity to work remotely within Poland
  • Chance to work abroad up to 60 days annually and potential business-driven relocation
  • Career development programs, mentoring, soft-skill and well-being programs
  • Certifications (Anthropic, Gemini, GCP, Azure, AWS) and English classes
  • Stable pay, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount)
  • Benefits package (health insurance, multisport, shopping vouchers) and referral bonuses up to $2,000
  • Office amenities (entertainment/relaxation zones, table tennis/football, free snacks and coffee) plus corporate social and well-being events
  • Open to B2B contractors; terms agreed individually
