Description

Own technical delivery quality from Discovery through Build. Lead the team in breaking architecture into implementable work items, managing dependencies against a fixed deadline, and contributing hands-on to the highest-risk components such as bidirectional Teams sync and Salesforce iFrame authentication.

Ensure QA-ready, testable documentation, lead end-to-end SIT test case collaboration, and run train-the-trainer knowledge transfer so the client can operate post go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery quality from Discovery through Build; present architecture alignment to the SA and timeline/risk updates to the Delivery Manager.
• Convert architecture decisions into implementable backlog items, maintaining correct dependency sequencing to meet the March 1 deadline constraint.
• Contribute hands-on to the highest-risk components rather than delegating all coding.
• Run code reviews and enforce implementation standards across the team.
• Identify and escalate blockers early, especially external dependencies that impact the critical path (Azure AD app registration, Salesforce team access, Bedrock API contract).
• Ensure QA has testable, documented components; collaborate on end-to-end SIT test cases.
• Lead knowledge-transfer activities using a train-the-trainer model for post go-live operations.
• Coordinate with the Entra ID/Azure AD provisioning workstream and the Bedrock/Lex self-service team on the agent-availability API interface.
• Lead day-to-day technical delivery across Amazon Connect developers, a Salesforce developer, DevOps, and QA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience (contact flows, queues, routing profiles) including Amazon Connect Streams API; able to build and debug contact flows directly.
• Proficiency in AWS Lambda and serverless integration using DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge.
• Experience leading delivery teams on time-critical AWS engagements with fixed deadline sequencing and proactive risk management.
• Salesforce integration experience using REST API patterns and/or Lambda/S3 triggers for event-driven CRM integration.
• Capability to work with blended IaC pipelines (CloudFormation/CDK where possible, manual procedures where not).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API (Teams presence/status) or ability to ramp quickly.
• Clear B2+ English proficiency; ability to surface risks early and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
