Description

Lead end-to-end execution of workplace innovation pilots. You will manage pilot lifecycles, develop project plans aligned to pilot objectives, and coordinate workstreams across design, delivery, operations, data/technology, communications, and employee engagement. You will synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into insights and recommendations, then help translate results into design standards, policy adjustments, and portfolio decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full pilot lifecycles (kickoffs, workstreams, monitoring, closeouts) on scope, schedule, and budget
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics and a mixed-methods approach
• Coordinate cross-functional program workstreams and maintain project plans, recurring syncs, dependencies, risks, and escalations
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain the pilot practice (templates, trackers, pilot playbook, and methodology; capture lessons learned)
• Use AI tools to automate tracking, analysis, summaries, and reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program/project management, workplace strategy, real estate, design research, or related fields (including 2+ years leading work through others)
• Proven record delivering complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leaders
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple pilots at different stages
• Comfortable with ambiguity and an experimental mindset
