Description

You will lead change projects from initial intent through scope, time, and cost planning to operational handover. You will connect stakeholders and translate ambiguity into concrete next steps, while actively resolving blockers and escalating risks early. You will also apply AI in day-to-day work for analysis, risk finding, and automating routine administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage change projects end-to-end (business and IT)

• Plan scope, schedule, and costs

• Coordinate stakeholders and keep leadership informed

• Identify obstacles, propose solutions, and warn about risks in time

• Use AI daily for analyzing inputs, identifying risks, and automating routine administrative work

Requirements

• Initiative and strong drive to act (able to find context and start working)

• Proven experience coordinating and delivering a smaller project, a process change, or a defined part of a larger initiative

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to handle difficult topics constructively and build commitment to shared goals

• Positive relationship to AI; ability to provide correct context to AI tools and critically evaluate their outputs
