Description

You will lead projects around AI and the development of internal tools—from analyzing needs and defining solutions to implementation. You’ll evaluate where AI, automation, and integrations can improve existing processes, manage the backlog and roadmap, and translate business needs into requirements and tasks for the technical team. You will coordinate delivery, testing, acceptance, and verify that solutions achieve the expected effect after rollout.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and internal tools projects from needs analysis to implementation

• Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and integrations can improve processes

• Manage backlog, priorities, and roadmap

• Translate business needs into requirements and actionable tasks for the technical team

• Coordinate work, testing, and acceptance of new functionality

• Verify solution quality and validate expected outcomes after deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in IT projects

• Experience implementing or developing systems such as CRM, ATS, ERP or similar

• Experience with business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Comfortable collaboration with both business users and technical teams

• Practical knowledge of AI, automation, or integration tools

• Good orientation in technology trends and ability to assess business value

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and pragmatic use

• English level at least B2/C1
