Description

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and governance reporting. Manage project plans (milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks/issues), budgets and formal change requests, and support Agile delivery through sprint progress and backlog reviews. Coordinate testing, cutover, business readiness assessment, and user adoption actions to ensure successful transitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive project plans with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues

• Coordinate efforts across business teams, IT specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and formal change requests for financial control

• Support Agile delivery by monitoring sprint progress, facilitating backlog reviews, and ensuring alignment with project objectives

• Prepare governance materials, status reports, and executive-level summaries for programme oversight

• Coordinate testing, cutover activities, business readiness assessment, and user adoption actions

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project management (project/program management, business analysis, change management, IT/business consulting, service management, operational management, or business/IT transformation coordination)

• Senior project management experience including planning, risk management, and governance

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior stakeholders

• Understanding of Agile methodologies including sprint planning and backlog management

• Technical awareness (hands-on development not required)

• Fluent English
