Description

You will act as the central coordination point for multiple parallel business and technology initiatives, supporting governance and portfolio-level reporting. The role is not a classic end-to-end Project Manager position; you will ensure visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies through regular reviews and management-ready dashboards/KPIs. You will also support transformation, integration, and standardization initiatives and identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple concurrent business and technology initiatives

• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and on-time delivery

• Organize and facilitate recurring governance meetings and status reviews

• Create management reports, dashboards, and KPI packs to support decision-making

• Collaborate with global teams and business stakeholders

• Prepare materials for management and present initiative/project status

• Maintain action item lists, risk registers, action plans, and dependencies

• Support transformation, integration, and standardization initiatives

• Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting processes

• Develop governance, reporting, and progress-tracking processes and tools

Requirements

• Experience in PMO, Governance, Business Operations, Portfolio Coordination, or a related field

• Experience in a large, international organization

• Ability to coordinate many topics simultaneously and work with multiple stakeholders

• Experience in executive reporting and preparing management presentations

• Knowledge of risk management topics, dependencies, and escalations

• Very good organizational skills and high independence

• Ability to influence teams without formal managerial authority

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with data

• Very good English proficiency
