Description

Lead a multi-workstream IT program that supports a long-term technological transformation, developing advanced analytics and AI for new products and integrated systems. Own governance, delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and overall risk/scope management across Data & AI, architecture, and security. Convert business needs into technology execution plans while maintaining alignment with global standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive a program consisting of multiple linked workstreams and ensure delivery

• Translate business requirements into technology delivery plans with business and technical stakeholders

• Design and run program governance (RACI, stage gates, decision rights, steering committee)

• Manage vendors (support RFPs, align scope and delivery commitments, coordinate vendor work)

• Manage program roadmap and dependencies across local, regional (EMEA), and global teams

• Balance delivery pace, business value, and long-term consistency with global standards

• Manage risks, issues, and changes (maintain decision log and escalation paths)

• Manage program requirements and scope (prioritize and control scope)

Requirements

• Experience managing IT projects and programs in an international environment

• Experience managing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels

• Experience managing risk, scope, and vendors

• Experience building governance for projects or programs

• Experience in AI-related projects or programs

• English proficiency at least C1
