Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of IT implementation projects for external clients at an international scale—from pre-implementation analysis and scope definition to production start and formal handover to technical support teams. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, define communication protocol and data structures, coordinate implementation schedules and reporting, and facilitate communication between development teams and client stakeholders. You will also act as a subject-matter expert to improve information flow and support digital transformation through system-to-system automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT implementation projects for external clients

• Conduct business and technical analysis for data exchange and system integration

• Define specifications for communication protocols, information structures, and industry/client-specific operational requirements

• Plan schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor implementation progress

• Provide high-quality project status reporting (internal and external)

• Ensure delivery of milestones and coordinate communication between development teams and client stakeholders

• Advise on improving information flow and digitizing business processes via automation

Requirements

• Higher education

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading IT projects or in support/technical support/service delivery/business analysis

• Very good English enabling smooth business communication

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and requirements analysis/design/delivery of IT systems

• Ability to create business and technical requirements

• Ability to monitor project progress and manage time effectively

• Ability to build relationships and work with clients and internal teams

• Ability to understand client needs and draw logical conclusions

• Independence, systematic approach, engagement, and strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to react quickly to change and adapt to new challenges
