Quick Facts

• Hybrid: 1 day per week onsite at the client’s office (Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk, Wroclaw, Poznan, Cracow, Lublin, or Szczecin)
• Salary: 110–120 PLN net/h (B2B)

Description

You will plan and coordinate application releases across test and production environments, manage release schedules and deployments, and oversee change management processes. You will collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams, prepare release documentation and reports, and drive continuous improvements to release and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate application releases across test and production environments
• Manage release schedules and oversee deployment activities
• Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure successful deliveries
• Manage deployment risks and coordinate Change Management processes
• Prepare and maintain release documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications
• Drive continuous improvements in Release Management and deployment processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Release Management, software deployments, or Change Management
• Solid understanding of release, change, and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Hands-on experience coordinating deployments to test and production environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and parallel releases
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or within the financial sector
