Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics, BI, data management, reporting, and AI-related projects across international teams. Own project planning and governance through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including business, IT, data/AI teams, and external vendors while managing scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project/program management experience

• At least 5 years leading enterprise data, analytics, BI, AI, digital transformation, or ERP-related initiatives

• Proven experience managing international cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Strong understanding of the analytics delivery lifecycle (from requirements and data sourcing through modeling, reporting, testing, deployment, and operational handover)

• Experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data warehouses, and modern analytics ecosystems

• Practical knowledge of Azure and technologies such as Snowflake and/or Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI

• Practical understanding of enterprise ERP/CRM ecosystems, preferably SAP and Salesforce

• Strong scope/schedule/resource/budget/risk/issue/dependency management experience

• Excellent stakeholder management with executives, business owners, IT teams, and partners

• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience establishing project governance and reporting, preferably using Azure DevOps

• Strong negotiation, facilitation, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex international matrix environment

• Fluent English (minimum C1)

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SnowPro Core certifications (advantage)
