Description

You will deliver independent assurance across projects and programs while supporting governance and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle. The role includes coaching project managers, owning the waiver review process with remediation tracking, and contributing updates from Delivery Assurance to PMO and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent assurance across various projects and programs

• Facilitate lessons learned and promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Identify and arrange training sessions for individuals presenting at Delivery Assurance forums

• Coach project managers and work closely with in-line PMOs

• Own the lifecycle waiver review process and track remediation actions

• Contribute updates from Delivery Assurance to PMO and executive reporting

Requirements

• Experience in project or program assurance

• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall)

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards
