Description

Lead a PMO team supporting Delivery and Sales to reduce chaos across many concurrent projects. You will ensure clear project status, financials, and risk visibility, partner with DMs/PMs/Sales to control budgets and spot risks early, and streamline processes through automation opportunities. You will also manage the tools used for project operations and improve information flow between Sales, Delivery, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a PMO team that supports Delivery and Sales day to day

• Provide project reporting (status, financials, risks) without manual chasing or spreadsheet work

• Support Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Sales with project kickoffs, budget control, and early risk detection

• Document and streamline company processes; define automation vision, priorities, and well-defined requirements

• Improve cross-team information flow between Sales, Delivery, and Finance

• Manage Productive, Salesforce, and the supporting tool stack

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles

• Experience building and leading a PMO team at a software development company

• Experience with financial and project reporting, as well as risk management

• Knowledge of compliance topics from project contracts (SLAs, billing terms, client commitments)

• Strong preference for creating order that makes people’s work easier

• Fluent Polish and English (B2+); day-to-day work in Polish, documentation and clients in English
