Description

Support portfolio and program management for a banking client by coordinating planning, reporting, governance, and delivery monitoring of technology initiatives. Prepare executive and steering-committee reporting, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions, and help ensure transparency and effective execution. Work closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and business/technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology-initiative portfolio activities across planning, reporting, and project oversight
• Prepare management reports and materials for executives, steering committees, and key stakeholders
• Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and remedial actions for projects and programs
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and business/technology teams
• Support resource planning, budget monitoring, and project cost forecasting
• Organize and manage governance processes, including decision-meeting materials and follow-up
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO tools, processes, and standards
• Support prioritization of initiatives and technology project portfolio management

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Management
• Experience supporting large transformation programs or technology project portfolios
• Strong grounding in planning, governance, reporting, and monitoring initiative delivery
• Experience identifying and tracking project risks, issues, and inter-project dependencies
• Comfort working with managers, technology leaders, and senior leadership
• Experience using tools that support project portfolio management
• Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to present data clearly for business audiences
• Fluent English (C1) and effective communication in an international environment
• Independent, well-organized, and process-improvement oriented
