Description

We are seeking a Senior PMO-focused Project Manager specializing in Core Technology Change & Delivery to enhance portfolio governance, planning, reporting, and execution activities for large-scale technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio and project reporting activities and management reporting

• Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and action management

• Support resource planning, financial follow-up, and forecasting activities

• Prepare executive presentations, governance material, and steering committee reports

• Support portfolio governance forums and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting capabilities

• Support delivery planning, prioritization, and portfolio management activities across the organization

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Core Technology and Business Areas

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of PMO, Portfolio Management, or Project Management experience

• Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation portfolios

• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, planning, and reporting

• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and action tracking

• Fluent English
