Description

You will join a team developing an application (credit workflow) for corporate banking clients. The system supports decision-making for most products offered by the bank, as well as leasing and factoring companies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and mentoring for less experienced developers
• Create high-quality code
• Design and document technical solutions
• Conduct unit testing
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT architects, and the business client

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of back-end development experience
• Java 11+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot 3.5+
• Hazelcast / Redis
• JPA + Hibernate
• Microservices architecture and hexagonal architecture
• Practical DDD knowledge
• Integration: SOAP, REST, Kafka
• SQL skills with PostgreSQL and Oracle
• Ability to use AI effectively in the software development process
• Software and integration design patterns
• Building resilience mechanisms for distributed systems
• SOLID, DRY, KISS principles
• Ability to select and implement different types of software tests
• Tools and methods for diagnostics and application performance optimization
• Deployment concepts/tools such as Maven and Jenkins
• Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes
• General knowledge of banking and financial services
• Technical leadership experience (leading a team/acting as tech lead)
• Experience defining and enforcing code quality standards
• Practice with tests, code review, and developer best practices
• Mentoring experience
