Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of CLP, an application supporting credit processes for corporate clients. The role involves designing and building solutions based on microservices and distributed systems, implementing REST and async integrations using AsyncAPI and RabbitMQ, and co-developing CI/CD processes. You will also define and enforce code quality standards, handle complex technical troubleshooting, and mentor less experienced developers within an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the CLP application for corporate credit processes

• Design and build microservices-based and distributed system solutions

• Create and develop integrations using REST, AsyncAPI, and asynchronous messaging with RabbitMQ

• Co-develop CI/CD processes

• Define and enforce coding, testing, and code review quality standards

• Analyze and solve complex technical problems

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

• Collaborate in a mixed business-technical Agile team

Requirements

• 5+ years of back-end development experience

• Very strong Java skills

• Practical experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

• Experience with event-driven architecture

• Very strong REST knowledge

• Practical RabbitMQ experience

• AsyncAPI knowledge

• Oracle database knowledge

• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift

• Experience building and evolving CI/CD processes

• DevOps knowledge

• Practical knowledge of software deployment methodologies

• Experience working in Agile

• Jira knowledge

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems

• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing software quality standards

• Experience mentoring and acting as a technical leader

• Experience using AI tools effectively within the SDLC
