Description

You will lead backend development for a platform supporting decision-making across most products offered to corporate clients. The project is built using Java microservices, with REST API integrations and asynchronous event-driven communication via RabbitMQ. You’ll work in an Agile environment connecting business and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design backend solutions in Java
• Act as Technical Lead in the team
• Design distributed systems and microservices
• Build REST integrations and event-driven communication
• Design and develop solutions based on RabbitMQ
• Define and enforce code quality standards
• Lead code reviews
• Mentor and support less experienced developers
• Participate in architecture design and solve complex technical problems
• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with business, analysts, architects, and engineering teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience
• Practical knowledge of Java
• Advanced knowledge of REST API
• Advanced knowledge of RabbitMQ
• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of AsyncAPI
• Experience with Oracle databases
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jenkins, and OpenShift
• Practical experience with CI/CD processes
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Knowledge of software deployment processes
• Knowledge of Jira
• Experience conducting code reviews and defining code quality standards
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Experience mentoring and technically leading a team
