Description

You will provide technical leadership while staying close to hands-on development of a proprietary software product. The role includes architectural input, translating customer requirements into concrete technical solutions, and building desktop applications in C#/.NET (mainly WPF). You will also evolve backend services, APIs, integrations, and explore AI-enabled components to improve automation and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development team; mentor less experienced colleagues and help resolve technical issues
• Contribute to product architecture design and ongoing product evolution
• Translate customer requirements and needs into technical solutions
• Design and develop applications in C#/.NET, especially WPF desktop applications
• Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations
• Adopt modern technologies and integrate AI components to enable better automation and more efficient data processing
• Collaborate with other developers to improve code quality, maintainability, and the direction of the solution

Requirements

• Several years of commercial C#/.NET development experience
• Practical WPF and MVVM experience with understanding of desktop application design
• Database experience (e.g., MS SQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite) and experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
• Knowledge of REST API; plus experience with SignalR, Windows Services, and cloud technologies (if applicable)
• Experience with technical leadership and mentoring or coordinating a development team
• Ability to analyze tasks, propose solutions, and communicate them clearly to other developers
• Independent working style, systems thinking, and ability to come with own ideas
• Interest in new technologies and ideally in applying AI in development or software products
• English usage for technical documentation
