Description

You will lead the development team responsible for banking deposit and withdrawal integrations with an existing payments platform already running in production. You will connect banks, including international banks, with the platform and back-office systems by analyzing documentation, designing integration solutions, and making implementation decisions based on the current architecture.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tech Lead and coordinate the team building banking integrations
• Lead technical discussions with international banks and external integration providers
• Analyze banks’ technical documentation and derive integration requirements
• Prepare technical integration designs for banks’ specific communication models
• Make technical decisions for integration implementation within the existing architecture
• Coordinate development and ensure efficient delivery and quality
• Support non-standard integration scenarios and resolve technical challenges
• Oversee implementation quality, testing, and production readiness
• Ensure correct handling of incoming bank data (validation, normalisation, edge cases)
• Work with other business areas (e.g., Customer Support) to meet operational and regulatory requirements
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer for teams that will maintain the solution

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead, including coordinating a development team
• Experience leading technical discussions with external partners, vendors, or clients
• Ability to make technical decisions and take ownership of integration design
• Strong Java expertise at Senior Java Developer level
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience integrating external systems using different communication models
• Ability to translate vendor documentation into technical and architectural solutions
• English C1 and Polish min. C1
• Must be able to join in January 2027
