Description

Senior Full-Stack .NET/JavaScript Tech Lead delivering and leading development for enterprise systems, including micro frontends/microservices and modern frontend-backend integration. You will translate requirements into designs, lead technical teams, ensure quality/security/performance, and manage releases and configuration. The role also includes testing, documentation, and 2nd/3rd line support as part of the solution lifecycle.

• Acts as 2nd and 3rd line support

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant IT professional experience

• 3+ years of project experience relevant to the profile or similar leadership position

• 1+ certification in advanced software development technology domain (or equivalent internationally recognized certification)

• Practical experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer or Lead Developer

• Practical experience designing and developing micro frontend or microservices solutions

• Expertise in design patterns from both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms

• Practical frontend development experience including Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS

• Practical backend/BFF development experience using Node.js and Nest.js (or alternative JavaScript frameworks)

• Practical backend development experience including .NET and C#

• Experience with relational (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and non-relational databases

• Knowledge of GraphQL

• Practical experience developing automated/unit tests

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and containers-based development environments (e.g., OpenShift)

• Went through at least one complete lifecycle of the solution

• Expert in enterprise-level software systems in the specified technology domain

• Knows UML and can design applications in UML

• Proficient in designing and developing data, business logic, and UI layers

• Worked in Scrum developments

• Capable of leading technical teams

• Ability to effectively document technical solutions

• Problem-solving skills

• English level at least B2

• Willingness for hybrid work 5x/month in Warsaw
