Description

Lead the technical direction for a team building modern, event-driven microservices for a banking-sector client. Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance solutions while supporting the team’s growth and engineering quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction of the development team

• Design and develop event-driven microservices

• Drive architecture and technology decisions

• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders

• Ensure high code quality and engineering best practices

• Support delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with modern .NET

• 3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior .NET Developer with technical leadership responsibilities

• Experience delivering solutions within banking, fintech, or other regulated industries

• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Kafka

• Hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of Redis and NoSQL databases

• Strong communication skills and fluent English
