Description

In the BTS Defense team, you will help clients with digital transformation and digitization initiatives such as Customer First and Industry 4.0. You will work to bridge business goals and IT solution design by analyzing the client’s business, current and future challenges, and their IT environment, then proposing and planning technological changes. You may also define requirements for IT projects that are implemented by other delivery units or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support defense clients with digital transformation and related initiatives

• Analyze business needs, challenges, and the current/future IT environment

• Propose, design, and plan new technological solutions or changes to existing IT landscapes

• Define requirements for new IT projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing enterprise IT systems (especially in defense)

• Experience with analysis, modeling, and process improvement

• Interest in the defense industry and its changes

• Knowledge of market trends: Digitalization, Customer First, Industry 4.0

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with business partners

• Proficiency in German and English

• Structured analytical thinking aligned to business objectives
