Role: Senior IT Business Analyst & Consultant

Description

You will advise customers on solutions, business processes, and enterprise architecture. You will uncover true customer needs, turn them into technical solutions, and rapidly prototype with AI tools while refining requirements through short iterations and customer feedback. You will also support presales, collaborate with the software development team on delivery, and test/validate the delivered solution using functional and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Consult customers in solutions, business processes, and enterprise architecture
Discover and understand real customer needs
Translate needs into technical solutions
Rapidly prototype solutions with the customer using AI tools and verify proposals with functional demos
Work in short iterations to refine requirements based on feedback
Use AI daily for analysis support (preparing inputs, documentation, and designing data models and processes)
Participate in presales activities
Work within a delivery project team and collaborate with the software development team
Prepare test scenarios, verify functionality, and support acceptance criteria validation

Requirements

Advanced experience in an analytical position
Understanding of business processes, enterprise architecture, and solution design
Analytical thinking
Good communication and presentation skills
Experience in an agile environment
Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and willingness to keep developing
Eagerness to build AI-assisted functional prototypes and demos
Experience with application testing (functional and acceptance tests) is an advantage
Ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in Czech and English
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings
