Description

In the BTS Auto department, you will support automotive clients with digital transformation, digitization, Customer First, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will help bridge business objectives and IT solutions by analyzing business processes and IT environments, and by supporting the creation of solution concepts and workshop deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, organizational structures, and clients’ IT environments for improvement, modernization, and innovative solution implementation.
• Support IT consultants serving automotive clients in digital transformation, digitization, and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Co-create solution concepts, plans, and implementation approaches.
• Co-create presentations and participate in client workshops.
• Address automotive key processes—production, logistics, marketing, sales, and after-sales service—and explore innovative trends such as connected car, customer interaction, in-car services, and autonomous driving.

Requirements

• Final-year student or graduate of IT-related technical studies.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry.
• Experience with business process analysis and modeling tools/methods, including BPMN and UML.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design.
• Very good German and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business partners.
