Description

You will support energy-industry clients with digital transformation and digitization as an independent consultant. The role focuses on analyzing and modeling business processes and IT environments, defining appropriate IT solutions, and helping plan and support implementation. You will also run workshops and presentations with clients, contribute to consulting offers, and mentor less experienced consultants.

Responsibilities

• Advise energy clients on digital transformation and digitization

• Analyze, model, and improve business processes, organizational structures, and client IT environments

• Prepare solution concepts and support implementation

• Conduct presentations and facilitate workshops

• Co-create client offers

• Support key energy-industry client processes

• Mentor junior consultants and lead small consulting teams

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing enterprise IT systems—especially in the energy industry

• Experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement

• Interest in the energy industry and its changes

• Knowledge of current market trends

• Excellent relationship skills; communicative and focused on helping business partners

• Very good German and English

• Strong analytical thinking with structured analysis and solution proposals aligned to business goals
