Description

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services in the Insurance industry. The position focuses on organizing business analysis at the start of projects, gathering and documenting requirements, designing interfaces, and collaborating with customers to present and justify technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Organize business analysis activities at the outset of a project

• Gather and document requirements

• Design interfaces

• Communicate directly with customers and present/justify technical decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as an analyst

• Experience in Insurance domain

• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted tools (practical use)

• Experience organizing business analysis at the outset of a project

• Experience designing interfaces

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements

• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Experience with direct customer communication and presenting/justifying technical decisions

• Usage of UML

• Usage of BPMN

• Understanding UX competencies

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
