Description

You will independently lead and steer IT and digitalization/transformation projects for customers. You will coordinate external IT service providers and implementation partners, manage budgets and risks, and oversee software introductions, process digitization, and IT migrations. You will also prepare project reporting and decision documents and support tender/RFP preparation for vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and control IT and digitalization projects

• Coordinate and monitor external IT service providers, implementation partners, and software vendors

• Steer project budgets, milestones, scope/effort, quality, and project risks

• Review agreed services, handle deviations, manage Change Requests, and prepare acceptance

• Align between executive management, business departments, internal IT, and external stakeholders

• Support software rollouts, process digitalization, IT migrations, and organizational changes

• Create project reports, decision templates, and status presentations

• Support the functional preparation of service descriptions, tenders, and vendor selection processes

Requirements

• Proven independent leadership of complex IT or digitalization projects

• Practical experience coordinating and steering external service providers or implementation partners

• Ability to assess technical services in terms of project progress, quality, and agreed results

• Experience working with business departments, IT stakeholders, and management

• Experience in social welfare, welfare care, nonprofit organizations, or church-related institutions

• Knowledge of structures of larger organizations and associations
