Description

Support public-sector clients in digital transformation and digitization projects. Participate in consulting work such as workshops and meetings to collect and structure requirements, analyze business processes and IT systems, and help design improvements. Contribute to defining requirements/specifications for new or changed IT systems and present proposed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in consulting, transformation, and roll-out projects for public-sector clients

• Support and moderate client meetings/workshops to understand operations, challenges, and requirements

• Analyze and model business processes and IT systems/environments to identify improvement opportunities

• Cooperate with clients, technology experts, and development teams to design solutions and changes

• Define requirements and create specifications for new IT systems or transformations of existing environments

• Support solution proposals through presentations and discussions

Requirements

• Experience related to the public sector

• Understanding of the software development process and basic IT architecture concepts; participated in IT system rollouts

• Ability to analyze legal issues and navigate regulations

• Relational databases and SQL knowledge is an additional asset

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients and colleagues

• German and English proficiency

• Structured analytical thinking focused on business goals
